SCLT is looking for motivated individuals from all backgrounds, identities and ages, who bring a diversity of skills, experience and expertise, to join our board at this exciting time in our organisation’s development. Board members provide oversight and direction to our organisation which is composed of our members, and acts in the benefit of our community – the people of Sheffield.

We are looking to recruit 4-6  board members to join our board alongside our continuing members. We particularly encourage candidates who identify as and/or advocate for underrepresented identities and experiences as well as having a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion; are Sheffield residents or have a strong relationship with the city.
